Amazing customer service and quality work. Took them about a work week to do a rebuild, replace an axel and do my engine and trans mounts. When they had the car disassembled, the took me through the shop and showed me what was wrong with it and explained everything in detail, amazing. Colin and Phil were awsome, handled everything and made sure I knew everything they knew. Could not recommend enough, worth every penny.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn't seem annoyed at all by all my questions. The GM Phil was extremely understanding, emphathetic, professional and had great communication. I believe the front desk rep was Colin that was patient and gave thorough explanations. Although I was not in a position to go thru with a new transmission, or any other options, I will return here if this is something I am able to do in the future

Great customer service, very friendly and professional. Phillip and Colin kept me abreast of the repair status of my vehicle. Phillip was very informative and answered all my questions. He gave me time to make an informative decision. He offered some recommendations regarding some other concerns that I had not transmission related. The repairs were done backed by a warranty. They offered a follow-up visit so that they can recheck things. My transmission woes have been resolved. I am smooth sailing again. I had a pleasant experience at this location.
